Kids + nature = a wonderful day. Thanks for sharing the proof. It looks like everyone was having a blast.

Thanks for the kind words, JayS. Those were some good memories--it's official now... my four year old has asked every night now for the last week if we are going back. That's how I know if a trip is a success

So true! Although at times I wonder... sure, my kids are having a wonderful time, but what about nature? When we got back to the trailhead, there was a desert fox skulking around our van. The kids were delighted, but the fox took one look at our crew and headed beeline up one of the canyons. Does nature enjoy kids (my kids at least)? The jury's still out on that one

Excellent video presentation pal! That is one great looking family you have there and yeah I had flash backs when your wife gave you "the look"! Most definitely a look born from the abuse of Estrogen! Ha! If I were home the bride would give me the same look for saying that!

Thanks! It's nice when they get a chance to run around outside (instead of running around inside )

I don't even have to say it--the Missus is telepathic. There must be some kind of power that emanates from estrogen, and the Missus is absolutely silly with it. Why is it that estrogen propels women to near demigod levels, but testosterone just makes men kinda stupid--it seems rather unfair
