Can you do Mac N Cheese?
I am not a big fan of Mac N Cheese but I make it for my wife and son all the time. I make big batches of country Mac n chees with diced ham in it with bread crumbs on top and freeze some. My wife does not cook so when I am gone she just pops it in the oven.

Speaking of food. I went to Kroger tonite to finish out my meal plan (I know, I know), and found an interesting product, Frank's Kraut Singles. I picked up two figuring on Sausage and Kraut for Saturday dinner. Anybody know of any good single serve packable sausages?

It'll be good to meet up with everyone. Not sure what I'm bringing. I think I'ill bring some red beans & rice and maybe a beef stroganoff or two.

We're gonna have hammocks strewn along a mile of trail, shouldn't be hard to find us.
Just came off the trail and have my spot picked out. I think I found the "clearing" that had been picked out on that section. There are several of them around that area.
