    Biner or Dutch Clip

I want to use a SUL biner or a dutch clip on my hammock suspension.
Which dutch clip would be the one to use ??

    What weight rating ??

    Thanks

The Aluminum Dutch Clip is for people 250 pounds or less and the Titanium ones are for people 300 or less.

Like Dutch, happy to send him money for nice toys. Routinely carry a a couple of carabiners for other reasons. Guess where they live at night. ;-)

I use the aluminum Dutch clips and absolutely love them.
I did try the TI version but I prefer the alum ver because it's just easier for me to use.

    Dutch Titanium

On one hammock I have titanium Dutch clips that I use with the 1" polyester webbing and it works great.

On another hammock for my son I use Nano 23 Carabiners. Carabiners are idiot proof, but I prefer the Dutch Clips.

The SUL Biner (Dutch Biner?) is for the ridge line and other uses. Not for hammock suspension.

    I could be wrong.
