Thinking about buying the Incubator 20 and Burrow 20.

I apologize if this is in the wrong section, mods feel free to move it, thanks

Hey guys and gals, hope all is well.

I am new to hammock camping and decided to jump right in with a purchase of the WBBB 1.7 Double Layer and Mamajamba Tarp. I am now looking at diving deeper with purchasing a UQ/TQ and was looking at the "Incubator 20" and the "Burrow 20". From what I have read they seem to be solid products, but before I pull the trigger is there anything I should know or be weary of?

Would you consider this a good setup for 3 season use with the potential of winter camping as well?

Any additonal general tips are always welcome to a new hanger as well
    Thanks!

That is almost my exact setup except the tarp. I love mine. You will be a happy hanger.

I love my 20*Incubator. Quick and easy to setup and adjust. Solid construction. And great customer service. You won't be sorry.

A 20* setup would be a great entry point that would allow a good range of flexibility. You can play some other cards that will extend the range a good bit lower, a sock for instance.

Good luck with your new setup, enjoy!

I have the UQ. Amazing quality. Haven't bit the bullet on a legit TQ yet, but I'd get theirs when I do.

20° Incubator is my favorite piece of gear! I originally purchased the 40° Incubator and pushed it down to 30°, but it's not really fun to "push" things out in the middle of nowhere and realize the forecast was off by 10° or more. So I'll keep that for 40+ nights. I plan on taking the 20° UQ down to about 10-15° for a trip this weekend.

I always use down sleeping bags so I cannot comment on the Burrow. However, if I ever get a TQ it will be from Hammock Gear!

These quilts fit great on the Blackbird. I also have the Mamajamba tarp and I love it! It's a real blessing to have detachable doors on trips when its clear, sunny and warm every day.

I have the Incubator and it is great. Wonderful customer service sold on HammockGear.
My top quilt is from Katabatic Gear. Absolutely love it.
Your set up will keep you warm in the outdoor freezer.

I love my incubator and the service level from HG.

I'd suggest paying a bit more for the extra down. Better to have it and not need it than the other way around.

I have everything you have except the 1.1, not the 1.7. The quilts are great quality and will serve you well. I've been down as low as -13c here in Edmonton. I have found using Dutchware quilt hooks help to keep the bottom quilt in place but there are many options available as you search this site.
For someone new, check out Shug's videos. They're a great place to learn. But be warned...he's a bit odd!! But very knowledgable.
