    Whoopies are cool. But knots, for me, are good therapy

    I tie figure 8 knot and larkshead attach it to the hammock, twirl it around a biner a few times as an anchor, loop it around a MSH and back to the biner, ala Grizz video.
    I secure it with slipped buntline, like in Brandons line and strap suspension video.

    I figure by using those two guys advice, I can't go wrong. BTW, I don't use amsteel for my knots. I use spyderline.

    Whooooo Buddy and Welcome to this series of Hammock How-To For Noobs.
    It can be a wee bit daunting when you first enter this gentle world of back-woods comfort so hopefully you can glom some info from these videos.
