Healing for the body, mind and spirit can be found in a good hammock. My regret is that it took 70 years to figure this out. Thanks for sharing some of your life experiences.

In 2006 I took an adventure vacation in NZ for 12 days. Caving, hiking, rapelling, rafting, kayaking and more. The first time I ever went caving. It was the best vacation ever, and the only way it could have been better is if I was hanging back then. We did camp on a ledge that we rapelled down to, no trees available.
Hammocking gets into your spirit and I find that just looking at a picture of a hammock hanging between two trees in the woods takes me there. I become calm and relaxed and can see myself hanging in peace.

@BajaHanger that sounds amazing. I hear there are a lot of caves up in the Sipsey but they are not talked about and thus very hard to find. I am going to try the focusing on being in my hammock technique... I have heard several people say that and it makes sense to me ;o)

Go to your happy place ;o)
