The road to success is always under construction.

I'll be thinking about what to bring along for treats. Habitat, if you are interested maybe we could work out a carpool. No pressure, just a thought. I live in La Grange Park. Looking forward to meeting some new people close by from the forum. Those darn Michigan and Indiana guys live so far away.
Everyone that hangs a hammock here will receive a free Foster Flat Bottom pot and Venom Super Stove. You still have time to make it here if you live within a 100 mile radius of Rockford, Illinois 61109
I'll bring fried chicken with Sweet Baby Ray's finger lickin good sauce. Also an "Origo" alcohol fired, butt warmer for the outhouse facilities :-)))

Cool stovemandan, I want to see how those work!
Be glad to show you. I'm located in New Milford, 5 min. away from your campground. We'll have to get together for a spring gathering. :-)
I used to go to the Lithuanian Club for fish every Friday.
Used to live off Harlem on Mildred Rd. in "North Park" before the name change. Fished Rock Cut every morning before work. Now I fish the Kish, the Rock and the Sugar rivers.

We still have the fish fry every Friday. 4:30 until 8:00 pm. Quite a few people say its the best in town. We also have a variety of Lithuanian beer now. I will bring some along to the hang. Instead of chili, I picked up some Lithuanian sausage the other day and will have that with sauerkraut.
If anyone is interested, on Sunday morning there is a Biscuit and Gravy breakfast at the club, $6 gets you biscuits, gravy, two eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Its about a ten minute drive from the park.
Really looking forward to this. I'll be arriving later (4:30 or so), as an important event was put on my calendar just yesterday. I'll bring some cole slaw and potato chips as sides.
That breakfast sounds good. Still thinking of seeing Rick's Picks later on sunday.
Man if I didn't have at least 20 things already on the list for these dates. Is this going to be a regular thing?
I have a spring campout scheduled for the bwca.com website May 3-5. There will be more!
I talked to the guy that plows our building, and he will come do the park before we arrive. So the blizzard that is coming shouldn't affect the campout. Hopefully
Nice pics. Water is open around the Atwood Park area. I saw a Bald Eagle fly by last week. We might luck out and see one perched along your property. Did you know the bridge going over the Kishwaukee Gorge is the second highest in Illinois? Just a little local history
