    I'll second that.
I just used this idea on my son's DN.
I ran across it while looking for info on adding a Ridgeline to his ENO. (Which I did)
I used an old Silnylon bag I had laying around because he didn't want to lose his "side pocket".
    Thanks for the good idea!

Looks good!!! I Like the idea, but agree that I might miss the bag on the side (headlamp, knife, & misc. item storage).

I really like the way you kept the strap on the bag on the left, and used it to hold the straps. Very clever!

I am resurrecting this thread as I just read it last night for the first time. I just did this to my double nest and love it. I never used the bag as it was hanging and this makes it much easier to load back into the bag. I left the straps on as well. I have a descender ring on the end of my continuous loops and that keeps the bag from slipping off of the loop. I can already see this will make set up quicker and easier. Thanks for posting this thread with pictures.

That is great! I have a Tribe Provisions (eno knockoff/clone/whatever) hammock that I'm going to do this to. Thank you!

    Thumbs up

Thanks for the inspiration. I think I may make a separate double-ended stuff sack large enough for my DN and the bug net together, so they can be deployed as one unit, plus this will save my side bag for accessories while hanging. I want to mod my tarp bag as well.

While I like this mod, and have been considering it myself, this is my feeling as well; I like the usefulness of that pocket there when the hammock is deployed.
