    Yup...been there done that. We went hiking shortly after tornadoes ripped through the area and we accidentally chose the wrong side of the creek. We made it but man it was slow going.

    The unnamed trail going up Bee Branch is still covered with down trees. It was passable but it's a chore, climbing over, through and around trees. There is so much to see in the Be Branch area with all the canyons and waterfalls. I think most of the numbered, official trails have been cleaned up.

    here is a pic of Hamhocker going over a some trees on that trail in April 2012. I sure hope it has improved since then. It was like that most of the trail
