    Wow, you really think it's that simple? I followed the manual's step by step for threading VERY closely, so I kind of doubt it...

    Side note: That video is from about 20 minutes away from me. Maybe if her advice doesn't work I'll take my machine to her and complain.

    A friends new machine would not sew worth anything. It turned out that the timing was out and runs good after it was adjusted.
