I just purchased two lengths of shock cord to fashion a suspension for my UQ. Only problem is, I need a ggod way to form an eye in each end, that won't slip when the cordage is stretched. Anyone have ideas?

a bowline would work well
bowline is the knot i use.
Figure 8 knot works well...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...
Buy, Try, Learn, Repeat
Thanks guys, the Bowline worked perfectly. Does not slip.

an overhand loopknot
or a double overhand loopknot
Interesting, I have been working on this today. I don't like the bowline, it's too big. I am looking at stainless hog rings as an option. Im thinking a short piece of heat shrink on top of that and a smooth loop. Heading over to west marine tomorrow.
