What is the best way to bookmark a thread? I've seen post "tagged for later reference" but I don't know what that means.

In the thread tools you can subscribe to a thread so you can be notified when there is a new post. You can choose from instant, daily or weekly updates via e-mail. It also shows up in your subscription list so you can easily find it.
Don't let life get in the way of living.
^^^What Bubba said^^^ Also, the default setting is for the system to subscribe you automatically to every thread you post in as well. If you've never looked at your subscribed threads, you can find them under Quick Links/Subscribed Threads. The ones you subscribe to as Bubba described (without posting) appear in this list as well.
"Pips"
Mountains have a dreamy way
Of folding up a noisy day
In quiet covers, cool and gray.

Surely, God could have made a better way to sleep.
Surely, God never did.
What bubba and pip said. The problem after a while is organising them when you have subscribed to over 500 threads
What they said! One other way that I often use, as I rarely subscribe, though that is prob a better way. But for the most part, if a thread is current you will see it under either "new posts" or " todays posts". But if you don't see it, and if you posted in it, just click on your name in the top right, look under statistics, choose "all posts by your name", ( or threads started by you) and there they are.
One other: search for the title or subject matter! ( or just subscribe! )
I'm aware of the subscription option but is there anything even more simple that allows you to tag your favorite posts or threads and retrieve the favories list at a later time?
