Hello everybody, just wanted to pop on here and let everybody know that the xlc should be up on the website in a couple more days, I've had the flu since thursday and am not even sure i'll be able to work tomorrow, but possibly...i am feeling a lot better today. This puts me several days behind on emails i'm guessing i should be caught up on emails on tuesday or wed hopefully so don't be alarmed of you don't get a response till then.

To answer a couple new questions, there is only one zipper slider, not two like the standard blackbird. It seems it's not possible to get a separating zipper with two sliders running opposite directions. The single slider starts near the farmost tieout up by your head and opens as you slide toward the foot end, unfortunately this means you can only enter/exit on one side, i know it's a tradeoff.

These will be avail as a mirror image upon request.

Sorry you're sick man. That sucks. Get well and then worry about our neediness.

Soooo looking forward to this hammock.

Curious if anyone has an idea this new hammock would work well with a HG 4S Cuben Tarp ( 10' 10"") or would it be too long?
    see you on the trail,

Plenty of 11 foot hammocks with 110" ridgeline (which the new XLC has) work just fine under that tarp. It leaves about 19" of coverage at each end, plus the doors can be closed to help block against wind/blowing rain. It should be just fine.
