I don't know if that would work. I would imagine that the water would just trickle down onto the bottom layer and eventually soak through and get you and your TQ/UQ wet.

Extra length..hmmm....honestly the length of the original Traveler and Blackbird have worked very very well for me. So put me down for a 10 foot XLC, and truth be known my Dirigible, Graf, and AirShip are designed for the Traveler length.

Even though I hadn't planned on buying another hammock for awhile, this will be in my gear room as soon as it's available lol

Looks great Brandon, I have always wondered how an 11ft Blackbird would lay. Being I'm so tall, I'm very curious...

That looks sweat. Question - would your lightest fabric (1.1) be "more breathable"? Granted there could be a difference in color, but how would that look?

That will go very nicely with the UQ and TQ I can't afford. I could try my hand at the lottery. It never work before but if I keep trying I get better meds.

I might put my name on the list for a 10' XLC or I guess it would just be "C" to save myself from buying another tarp because I don't want to use my Superfly in the summer and my Edge's RL would be to short for comfort. We'll see how things go I guess. I'll definitely find a way to get one of these!
