Seam seal a PU coated tarp?

I have a chinook 12x9 that I need to add some tieouts to. I imagine after sewing Ill want to seal the stitches, etc. What should I use to seal a tarp that is PU coated? The silicone/water wouldnt stick would it?

Seam grip will work well. If its PU coated and not silicone you can use bonding tape used for cuben fiber. Ive used it to seam seal many of my jackets when needed and works well.

Send me a PM with your address, I have an opened bottle of seam sealer. I purchased the wrong kind for silnylon. I don't have any PU products. I will send it to you, no charge.

Can't beat that! That was nice of you! WAlly world carries seam seal for your type of tarp. Its a water based polyurethane product in case you ever need more. Seam grip is probably the best. The poly works pretty good too. Have used it for many years.
