Smile UGQ color selection and bugs/pests

I'm considering a Summer underquilt and was wondering if anyone has any input on colors to minimize bugs (especially mosquitos and black flies). Underground Quilts has a fantastic (as well as other aspects of their products) selection of colors to choose from for parts of the underquilt. Thoughts on color as an aspect of selection?

Black,,,drys out quicker if wet or damp in the sunlight as it absorbs sunlight. Or a dark color besides black for example. Any color at nite doesn't make alot of difference when asleep or dark for you or the bugs. I am sure there will be other opinions tho.

Mosquitoes are attracted to heat and dark colors... That's why I got a silver hammock...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

Sounds good. I was wondering about the tangerine, golden yellow, or platinum.

On a side note, I have a friend who was plagued by ticks (got the nickname "tick magnet") on an outing last year.

I think the reason most porch ceilings in the Keys are painted sky blue is so bug think its the sky and don't collect on it... Anyways, heard that from Bob Villa...
