    Cottage Vendors-- Thank You!!

    To all the cottage vendors---

I want to thank you for all your hard work to make the gear we use.

All those late nights, sleepless nights, just to make that gear we last ordered.

For those many days/nights you missed doing something with the family as you had to work extra those days to make us happy.

Sometimes not even being able to sit down for a family meal, because the owner(s) had to get behind a sewing machine because the orders were piled so high.

All those missed emails and calls because you were behind a sewing machine and not sitting in front of the phone or computer waiting to answer every little thing.

All those times trying to please everyone, yet sadly missing one by mistake.

I am proud to know some of you, and sad that I have not had the pleasure to meet and shake hands with all of you.

This holiday season I hope that you take the time off to enjoy the fruits of your hard, hard labor, and spend it with family. There is nothing more important than family, which I am sure you already knew.

I am thankful for your all hard work and hope to enjoy more of it in the coming new year. Please be safe this holiday season and I wish you all nothing but the best.

Well said! I have products on the way from several cottage vendors and I can't wait to see the quality myself!

Nice Yoda, the energy they put into the stuff we all enjoy goes beyond the effort. They give us the gift of time. Time is a finite resource, we all only have so much of it on this earth. When we share it with others through our work, we have given the ultimate gift.

So to all you folks out there that have made wonderful stuff for me and mine, please know that while I paid you with money, you gave me the gift of your time. Your sacrifice and sharing is not taken for granted, and your gift of time is appreciated each and every time I hang.

Great sentiments. Without the cottage vendors, I doubt hammock equipment would be anywhere near as developed as it is today. And to have so many dedicated to developing and providing top quality gear is truly a blessing.
