I never saw any response about that last griddle someone was asking about. I have an electric one. I will throw it in the trunk with an extension cord just in case it is needed.

Hanging alone at a shelter on the AT. Rain has stopped. Life is good. See you Friday

2013 Spring MAHHA, April 26-28th, Official Planning Thread

I can hardly wait 'till Friday. Missed the hang last year. This will be my first. My Son did Mt. Rogers and lived to tell about it. He's taking the red eye in from San Fran Friday AM. We'll meet in VA and get to the camp Friday. Now all we have to do is decide which hammocks to hang. HH, ENO, BBWB, BM Bridge? Decisions, decisions.

Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." — John Muir

Glad you're keeping track Jolly. I seem to be losing track of the days lately....a bi-product of being retired. I keep thinking every day is a Saturday.

    Food planning

Planning meals is sure a lot easier for an event like this. I was jotting down menus and it started like this:
    Friday supper: leftovers
    Saturday breakfast: Dutchfare ...
