    I do a lot like DetailMan. I have plastic containers that I store stuff. Quilts, bags; Cooking,fire, water bottles/nalgene; hammocks/tents/tarps; backpacks/stuff sacks; I have one large stuffsack that has cordage; I have on bin for cast iron/saws/axe; clothes; misc.(knives,biners, fig9s, compasses,ditchkits,bug juice,sunscreeen,etc.)

    I have clear plastic totes from Wally World stacked up, with masking tape labels on them. Shelter, stoves, clothing, etc, etc. Very commonly used items like raingear, FAK, etc go in the Go Bag tote.

    I too have my bins separted by general items - hammocks, stoves, pots etc - all with the items listed on the front for easy access. I use the shelf/drawer systems for all the other items.
