    Not only that they are hiring the homeless teaching them how to work and sustain themselves. So so cool.

    That is the coolest part, teaching them, empowering them, and inspiring them.

    So I assume that you are looking at designs to alter your JCP jackets and I really like the fold under design. It has given me some ideas. Thanks for sharing.

    Well given I like multipurpose things I found this to be pretty slick and yea was hoping to inspire jcp jacket modders.

    this is basically a copy of the German army Sleeping Bag http://www.exarmy.co.uk/surplus/prod...n-sleeping-bag

    i have one but you do need the cover on as it acts like a vapour barrier and keeps you a lot warmer they are bulky and heavy and very sweaty but cold when the temp drops below 10deg c

    I have often seen the ones like the German one listed in the military surplus section on Sportsman's Guide.
    Seems like lots of European countries tried them for a while.
