is this a top quilt or an under quilt ,the pic looks like the sniveler,also what is the rating
It is a 3 season top or bottom quilt rated at 25-30° but even lower with 2oz overfill. Here is the link for Hudson River quilt from JRB website. Weight is 22 oz.

I'm not sure why no one is biting on the $225.00.
The lowest I can offer is $200.00 and whatever form of shipping you prefer and pay actual shipping cost. I'd be a fool to let this go for any less.
