Hey, BigFoot2 sorry you can not make the Hang. You and tweety did such and excellent job of organizing everything last year, and I know you have been working diligently on making this years Hang and excellent event.
My pleasure I just wish I could make it.
I have a favor to ask everyone...please inform Rip Waverly that there was a last minute addition to the donations...Underground Quilts is donating a $75.00 coupon to the raffle for whoever wins it, for use towards a quilt. Please let him know to add it to the raffle. He has, unfortunately left for the hang already. I will try and get him on his cell, but everyone just remind him for me anyway. Thanks!

Thanks, Ben! Just let him know to add a voucher to the raffle for Underground Quilts for $75.00 towards any quilt. I believe he is in the Enchantments right now and will be going from there directly to the hang.

Nope, just let him know to include it for the raffle. I am jealous of all the great prizes this year.....hope you guys enjoy them. It seems I have to work harder and harder at it every year as the economy gets worse. Thanks for helping this years charity, the USO!

    Bigfoot..
I just wanted to thank you for picking the USO as the organization for the raffle...
In my 21 years in the Army, I have spent many hours in USO lounges in Airports all over the world.. I have also had the pleasure of seeing some great USO shows while in countries that I will never have the pleasure or want to get back to. Seeing Robin Williams while in Iraq was the highlight of the Southwest Asian Vacation.
So thanks a lot for a good pick! Gonna miss ya at the hang.

My pleasure, Jerry My son, Spork here on HF, a Marine, is currently in Afghanistan and gets lots of use out of the USO. Some of you met him at the first Summer Oregon Hang a few years ago. Semper Fi!
