Fabric between the panel pulls. The ridgeline stays nice and tight.
If you take a close look at the pic that HamMike posted, you can see the fabric between the panels sagging......RR

Last month, there was a picture in a post that showed the guy line for the pull-out originating at the end of the tarp ridgeline, passing through the pull-out loop, and then going to a hiking pole. This was done for both pull-outs. Finally the pole was staked down.

This pulls the two pull-outs away from each other, thus stretching the fabric between the pull-outs. Of course it requires longer guy lines.

Unfortunately, I can't find that post now but someone may remember it.

If this is the one I saw, they used a couple of sticks, and used them as spreader bars at the ends.

I was looking at some other threads and pics and found one where one pole was used for both guylines and it wasn't sagging in the middle. They had used longer lines then I have, so I may try longer lines and see what happens.........RR

Yep that's the solution I came up with sort of.

I don't have a Pic yet but will get one this weekend.

I brought a Line from Each Pullout to the tarp ring where my S-Biner is attaching my Tarp to the Prusik. From the Pull out I brought line from each (3 Feet) to a Loop where I use my Poles then from there a Line to the Stake. I attached some shock cord to the Line so in high winds the tarp can Give.

Ill get some pics up This weekend.

The method in the link MAD777 posted works flawlessly. I use one solid line on each side though so I don't have to use any extra hardware to connect it to my hiking pole. Just loop it over the tip, pull tight and stake down. No sag whatsoever. You can leave the lines on all the time.

That's a nice clear video by BlazeAway showing this concept.
    Thanks for adding that link.
