I've been to Cumberland Island several times the last thirty years. Just started hanging there instead of tent camping the last couple of times. However, I always stay at Sea Camp. I'm too worn out to make the long hikes to the back country sites. Cumberland Island really is a special place.
Hey I live in ridgeland too. My sons dad likes to hammock camp too. Maybe we can get together or join the group on one of the hangs. Did the fall hang at santee with them. Great fun..
Yeah, and it was great meetin' ya Dave. Didn't know you were from near here though. I guess I shoulda paid more attention eh? Maybe we'll have to get an unofficial hang together around here somewhere after the Spring Swing. Has anyone looked at the Sgt. Jasper?
