Sorry but cancelling my option to buy as your breaking the rules making me pay you for gear by wanting me to use the "gift option" of paypal.

Please paypal gift me at [email protected] and I'll have them in the mail on monday for ya.

    Thanks,
    Travis

Can't be a gift..as against rules of the forum and if paypal were to find out as they will...they can bar the forum from selling and using paypal using gift as designation..will have to use paypal as a sale item.
    Understand???
    Acer

I have made countless transaction using the paypal gift options both on this site and several others. There is no absolutley no way for paypal to tell why you are sending me money in the first place... I did not explicitly demand the paypal gift option in the original posting, and what happens between users is a personal matter. At any rate I don't care how you pay as long as I don't get socked with a fee and when all said and done I end up with $50 in my pocket.
    Thanks,
    Travis

First of all my interpretation of the paypal gift option is that it is not to be requested in the original posting where everybody and their brother can see. But as I said in the PM what happens between members is a personal matter, and I am sure that many members here use the gift option discretely. I think that is it completely ignorant and childish of you to post personal matters to the forum.

Secondly, I even said I don't care how you pay. Implying that you could use the "sale item" option and cover any paypal fees if that satisfied you. \

    Have a good one!

Childish or not..I just don't want to see the forum and its members penalized as paypal will do so, and the rules of this forum are to be respected. Take it any way you want. You can always post a sale to include paying the 3 percent plus the cost of the item if you choose to do so,,its done all the time.

First, the rule is quite clear that PayPal Gift is not an allowed request, whether public or private. It is against both HF's and PayPal's Terms of Service.

Second, as this is the second time that the OP has violated HF's Marketplace rules today, his access to the HF Marketplace is being removed.
