    Walking out door NOW!

I should be there (tower parking lot) by 1500.

    Stop bragging...
Getting excited, can't wait see every body and check out the new site. Thanks to everybody for posting the maps, directions, coordinates, pda, gpx and the like, so with a little luck I'll skip the obligatory solo hike "scenic route". :>
but I'm at a loss what UQ to pack: puffer UQ (40' ish but untested) or the Deep Winter Beast (toasty @ 8'). Decisions decisions....

Hey guys, in regards to the raffle, to set it up like a geocache? Each person hides their item with coordinates and the coordinates go into a hat.....then you dig in and pick out piece of paper.

Then you have to hike&hunt.. that sounds like fun.

Going to have to sit this one out. My knee is still swollen after surgery, hard to walk even with out a pack. Everybody have a great time and see you at the Holloween Hang.

It might be nice if some of the early people drop cars at grub ridge trail head and carpool in to the fire tower and save some room for some of the earrivals. the grub ridge has two parking lots and is only a couple miles away
