    Smoked trout??? Sounds TASTY!

Would be nice to see y'all out there. If you pass us/see us, feel free to stop in and say howdy!

Yes Hoot would not Miss Hanging with Owl or MOG Master Shamen.

    I will be there!
    Glad you're coming, Hoot!

Looking outside at all the snow on the ground, hard to believe this "Spring hang" is coming up in less than two weeks.

I won't be able to lurk for this event. Too bad since I actually have a new RR on the way but I have a wedding on Sat and trout fishing in MO on Sunday. Hope you all have a good time.

    Add Dudorino to the list!

    I'm definitely in.

I start a new job on Monday, 4/8 and since I'm old, fat and out of shape, I like the shorter 3.5m option. I don't want to kill myself and miss my first day on the job.

It sounds like we need to travel light. So...
    - Can we filter or boil water from that lake or should we pack it in?
    - No pot luck dinner, right?

This will be fun. I'm looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting new ones.

Can we go fishing on this lake? If so, do we need a Kansas fishing license?

Glad you can make it!! And...I get it, trust me! LOL...I'm remembering following Walking Bear to the campsite in Indian Caves and wondering how in the heck he could out hike me?!?!?!

I'm plan on carrying my Sawyer filter in and working under the assumption that we can use the lake for our second day water source...don't know for sure since I've never been there personally.

And, I'm only packing food I can carry in/out with me...so I don't plan on a meal big enough to feed the crew. LOL!

Looking forward to meeting up with you out there, friend!

Wow! Maybe we'll be lucky and catch us a big old magnetic storm too.

I look forward to seeing you RamenShamen and all your new gear.

Awesome Dudorino! Glad you'll be able to make it. It sure would be wild to see a storm like that. I look forward to seeing you and everyone else out there as well.

The Kansas City Adventure Club has a outing the same weekend at Perry and sent out an open invite, so we may get some visitors.
