Isle Royale National Park.
So many places worth seeing. Sierras, Uintas, GC, Tetons, Yellowstone, Arches, Zion, etc...
My favorite has got to be the Redwoods along the NorCal coast. I can get lost in the mountains or stick my toes in the sand, on a beach that I have to myself.

The highlands of Scotland for me, or Yosemite where I honeymooned was quite special.
Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area in the northwest corner of SC is my most frequent and favorite location. Though, I also enjoy hiking, camping, and kayaking in the Congaree National Park near Columbia, SC.

I'm partial to the places in my "back yard." Fortunate that they are places like the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness, Yellowstone and Grand Teton.
The Kenai Peninsula in Alaska is my favorite place to vacation, but I am yet to hike or backpack there. Maybe this summer.
