    Some DIY projects I did today.

    So I have recently been taking naps in my Clark NX-250 and have found that I probably don't need a camp pillow but I went ahead and made one anyway for fun.

    I have a bunch of old white t-shirts laying around that I was just going to use out in my workshop so I thought I would use one to make a pillow and stuff bag.

    It only took one of my XL t-shirts to make both items. I just kinda eye balled everything. I used the bottom portion of the shirt for the pillow section. For the insides of the pillow I reused the insides of a year old valentines bear.

    For the stuff sack I used the center portion of the t-shirt and made a basic sack but used the existing collar ring for the paracord cable. It may not be the lightest or the prettiest, but it will work.

    ================================================

    The other project I did today was to make a hanging cell phone holder for my NX-250. Inside the NX-250 there is a little loop above the head area next to the zipper and I wanted to be able to hang my cell phone there and other items as well. So I made a paracord system to hold it up there with a buckle so I can watch some netflix and lay outside in the hammock.

    Interesting pillow. I picked up some $2 camo tshirts before Xmas with the same idea in mind.

    The phone rig is impressive.

    I thought about doing something like that for my phone but never put too much though into it. Well executed. Oh cool pillow too, but I feel for the bear...you could've at least put a pic up of the bear you used.

    Good thinking! That was another nice way of repurposing the shirts instead of making them grease rags.

    You should have just used the bear for a pillow,and changed your trail name to snuggles. Nice job on your pillow,the phone holder looks good too.

    If something happens and that phone falls while you are in the hammock, you are going to be real upset.

    The phone holder is actually a tension unit. You pull on the bottom strings and it constricts around the phone like a python.
