Anyone have the dimensions, or plans, for a "Grizz Break"...or reasonable facsimile?

Grapenut,
I made a set using those plans for my WB Edge and they turned out pretty good.
BUT, I strongly recommend that you mock up a beak with a plastic drop cloth and tape to dial in the size before you commit to Sil. I know that it seems like a lot of extra work, but this will really make a difference. I find that I usually have to tie a knot in the bottom outside corner of my beak to get it to fit tight against the tarp. I could have cut 6-10 inches off that dimension, shaved some weight and had a better fit.
I really am happy with my Grizzbeaks, it was a fun project and they are really handy to have.
Also, I trimmed the edges with grosgrain, thinking it would make them a little more sturdy. In retrospect I don't think this was needed. A good rolled hem would probably work as well.
Hope this helps, good luck,
Jason
