Whip the end with your whoopies. If you wrap it and bring the adjustable end back through the fixed eye loop and tighten and hang. Too easy. You can adjust your whip to adjust the way the hammock feels, fabric lays. I like the idea of a continuous loop through the end channel because I'd think it more evenly spread the hammock. I like "W" whipping though because I feel like it contained the sides on my ENO Dbl.

    Whoopies on Eno

Yea I feel like I want to put a continues loop at gathered end. Then connect to O ring then connect Whoopie to O ring. B/c I want a connection point for ridge line close to gathered end.

Run the whoopie through the channel once. When it comes out, run it through the eye of your ridge line whoopie. Then run it back through the channel again, so there are two passes just like the stock suspension. when it comes out the second time, stick it through the dead eye and tighten it. Then you have the ridge line secured to something thats not going to move.

Started my zing it Whoopie last night. Just need to set up hammock so I know the length I want the Whoopie. Typically what is a ballpark length of zing it to start with?

I've since replaced mine with whoopies.
Mine is in older model. probably 2006 or so. Has the heavier carabines on it.

I got mine from amazon last month. It still came with the big *** heavy carabiners. Oddly enough you can get the same ones at lowes. I got rid of them. They really aren't that heavy on their own, but every little bit seems to help.

I just changed mine out tonight and it is lighter but probably just as important is the versatility of the whoopie slings in adjusting your hammock.
