WTT WTB barter for a Multitool

Looking for a multitool. I have had a leatherman skeletol, Sog Powerassist, and gerber which was very cheap and very heavy.

I lost the sog and the leatherman and the gerber broke.

The sog was neat, but had some issues and I am not sure I would want that exact one. I own other sog stuff and would buy again just not that one.

I liked the skeletol, but it required I carried other tools as well. I do like the bits that I got with it and would probably prefer to go that way again, but again not the skeletol.

The Gerber I had was a mercy gift from a friend and it was almost broken when I got it. I repaired it but it never held up. I again have had other gerber items and wouldn't be against gerber.

As I am not you I have no idea what you may need. Let me know.

I have a brand new Leatherman Wave and a Leatherman Wingman. The Wingman was carried for about a week and doesn't really show any signs of wear or anything. Let me know if you'd be interested.

Beware of the man who owns one gun, he probably shoots it well.

I think I would lean towards the wave or maybe the charge series. I like the bits. I usually grab my multitool for every project I do. car work house work assembly and such.

If you don't find something used, and end up looking for new, might I suggest a look at the Leatherman Juice S2?
I really like my Wave in the pics below, but it's quite heavy, especially if your carrying it on you. That's why I want to get one of those Juice s2's for hiking, much lighter at half the weight.

I love my Leatherman Charge, I have had several others and get Gerbers all the time but have always loved my Leathermans more, and always carry them.

Ever consider sending the Gerber back for repairs? They would probably do it no questions asked.. I know leatherman does and i'm pretty sure Gerber backs there stuff too.

this will be a edc. I may take it backpacking or car camping, but it would be a work/house edc item. I don't mind heavy as long as it has all I need. I like the charge and in the past prefered leatherman

it wasn't worth saving. In the end I killed it to finish the job knowing I was using it for something it wasn't ment for. It was there cheapest thing and paying for shipping would have been counterproductive.
