I have found only one source for "un-smelly" Permethrin (none of it is totally odorless), and it is sold for residential use in the home, which I consider a lot safer than stuff sold for farm livestock. Here's the link--

Having posted that link, I notice that the photo shows Gordon's product. However, both times I have bought from them, I have received Martin's. Just sent them a note asking what's what.

Here's their 800 number, should you wish to call-

Anyway, I've tried the Tractor Supply stuff (Gordon's) and it's smelly. Now I stick to Martin's.

    Hi Rain Man,

Do you happen to have experience with other Martin's formulas?

I found this other supplier that has the same-ish prices, but free ground shipping: 10% Solution ePestsolutions.com

I can't find if it is a petro-based item or not, but it seems to be missing the warning label about it containing them. Therefore, I'm assuming they don't contain the nasty smelling stuff.

There is also a 36.8% Solution. It does state it contains petro products, but it also states it can be used indoors.

Do you happen to have any experience to compare the two products??

I live in Canada and it can't be shipped here... I can't see any restrictions against bringing it across with me though. I'm planning a day trip to Bellingham, Wa. in the next couple of months - I want to make sure I get the right stuff on my first try!

    Thanks!

I saw the links to the bed bath and beyond stuff, but the links are bad. I found this stuff after searching for a little bit: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/stor...yword=bed+bugs
    Is it the same stuff?
Do I have to water down this stuff too, or is it good to go?
If not, I'll just swing into the local Rural King or tractor supply and see what they have.

Bought Martin's from amazon last week for $25 shipped, diluted to 0.5% and using it last weekend camping. Not a single bite and found all kind of bugs dying around the campsite.
To me Martin's is less odor than Sawyer.

Here's what I use around the house. It's cheaper than buying the sawyer stuff, you can dilute it to the strength you want. It smells really strong right out of the bottle, but the smell goes away pretty quick. I spray it around the house at double the recommended strength to prevent ants and other bugs, and the smell is always gone the next day.
