Big props to Dutch and his Elf. I just ordered some quilt clips and a couple other items and I got notification that my items shipped before I even got a chance input the receipt into my account register.
Talk about fast. Santa doesn't even work that fast and he's got a bunch of elves and reindeer to help him.

I was surprised at how quick my order shipped too. Now I get to sit and look at my stuff and figure out what else I can order from dutchware ;-)

Yeah, I ordered some stuff from Dutch back on Feb 11. It shipped that same day. Something happened though and I still haven't gotten my order. Keith shipped it with tracking and the tracking showed that it was floating around Atlanta somewhere. I called the PO and they said it should eventually show up. That wasn't good enough for Keith & Dutch. Keith pulled the original order, refilled it and sent it to me. I tried to pay for it since it wasn't his fault but he would not let me. I'm still sending them something, at least enough that may cover their own expense. That's customer service. That's the kind of service that makes you go back and buy more...uh...and spend more...uh...It's all a trick, I get it now....

Excellent communication, great service going way above and beyond expectations and very fast dispatch, the products are shiny... and very good quality. What more can anyone ask for? Dutchware rocks!
