It looks to be about the same distance give or take.

I guess the deciding factor would be getting back to the vehicle.

    Either way, count me in!

    Meal planning ?

So I'm trying to plan out our food for the trip, & I have a tendacy to overpack. How do you all do lunch? Do you all plan on stopping for lunch and whip up some ramen noodle, or eat a energy bar while humping it down the trail? Breakfast and dinner is easier but I just wanna keep with the group atmosphere.

We will definitely stop for lunch. I like to find a glade with a nice view and take at least 30 min or so to eat and reenergize.
With beauty all around you, may you walk.

Got our new quilts from WL

So we got the new quilts from Wilderness Logics. Man talk about bulk and weight savings. I weighed my old sleeping and it was close to 8# & the new TQ less than 2#.

    Cold

You guys are a bunch of sissies lol ! Remember we just spent our coldest night ever on our last group hang. Really disappointed not to be going but will be in Nashville looking for a place for my wife to stay when she starts work on May 20th. Hope you all have good weather and a great trip and will be looking forward to a trip report and photos.
