I personally would pick one of the oceanfront tent/hammock sites as it's really nice camping right on the ocean, but remember these sites don't have power...just water. I can't 100% recommend any of the others to be good for hanging because I haven't personally stayed at any but 38, but from looking when I was there and looking at the pictures sites 1, 2, 60, and 61 look good.

Cumberland Island isn't far from Tybee. I can't imagine a better place to beach camp.
