At this point, my hammock may arrive on the day I leave for this trip. Possibly do an unboxing at the campsite. This hammock virgin may need assistance. Now I need to make my puppy a nice bed before the trip.

No problem at all. Unboxing a new hammock gets everyone excited.

I'll be bringing my girl Bailey. She will sleep just about anywhere up there at Boggs. However, if I can finish my new dog tent I'm making I'll be giving that a try for her.

It looks like you and Joeyy are going to be sporting some new gear for all of us to see. I'm hoping a few things I ordered get here in time as well. I got my new kilt the other day and lets hope I'll just be showing the kilt, and new tarp door setup.

if I get my hammock by than I will go. I ordered my first hammock on april 5th... a xlc blackbird double 1.7... but I still have yet to receive shipping info from Brandon, boo. I have been to one hang before, over at point reyes with The Dangler, back on 4/12/13, was a great time, got to try his HH, I think it was an expedition asym classic. I really need to post the few pics i took... i think i will do that now.

I have an extra hammock and a mat you can use if your Blackbird doesn't show up. I would shoot off an email to Brandon and let him know you were thinking about a group hang. He's a good guy and might speed up your order. Never can hurt by asking. Let us know how it works out for you.

Hi E.A.Y. and everyone! I'm new to the forums, been lurking for a while, and just introduced myself over in the appropriate sub-forum. My buddy and I are relatively new to hammock camping, and were hoping y'all wouldn't mind if we joined you Friday night and learn as much as we can from you experienced hammockers. I've got a bunch of ENO stuff, and some newly arrived Dutch Ware as well. My friend (also one of those pesky Dave-type folk) Just got a Grand Trunk Skeeter Beeter Pro and also has an order from Dutch on the was as well. In any case, I hope it's cool to come crash the party!
