Never had that problem, and I've made several orders with them.
I hope things go well with removing the scent.

Probably had a dozen orders filled by them and nothing but happyness. I'm pretty sensitive to tobacco smoke and nothing close.

about a half dozen orders from them and no problems. i'm guessing it picked up the odor somewhere in transit.
I mailed a knife to myself once and when it got here it smelled like WD 40 and was scratched. Canada post swears the shipper did it. Lol. Lying sacks of......
Edit: found cool cheap knife on vaca and its easier to mail them than to travel with them.

If none of the other smell reducing options work, try 50/50 Vodka and water and use a spray bottle to apply it. It kills bacteria and helps remove odors from most material. It's a proven method used by most Rennies to remove the daily smells from their garb that can't be washed nightly.
A small bottle on the trail can also help take the odor out of your clothing when ya just can't stand the smell of yourself any longer.

I have ordered from them a few times and everything always smelled brand new...
I have ordered twice from them. Both times materials for quilts. All the material had no odor at all.

Ditto on other replies. I've placed several orders and have never experienced that.
