    Thanks for not going ballistic on my comment Cannibal. I just don't even want to contribute to the manufacture of the stuff. Lord knows what is produced just in terms of by product let alone the actual product. I just want to find other ways of protecting myself. Like simply zipping things up to keep those danged black widows out.

    I think simply not consuming can make a difference in the world. Sorta like a button I remember from my youth. "What if they gave a war and nobody came?" If we reduce consumption of toxic products, production will go down and ultimately, regardless of how long we are here or the planet is here, everyone benefits, even those after us as a species. (like cockroaches, yuck) End of my discussion on this. Thanks for your response. I agree with your observation that application procedures and appropriate use certainly make a difference in impact.
