    Has anyone tried velcro?

Saw these the other day and wondered if anyone had tried it out.

To hang from? I don't think that would be strong enough.

not only that but to get the full 300# you only end up with a 9" length of velcro... my math may be wrong but isn't that only like a 3-4 inch circle... not many trees i hang from are that small... nor would i take the weight of the hardware, or the weight of velcro, for such a limiting factor as that much length...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

I don't think they would work, but i have learned to never under estimate a hanger.

I use them to strap things into the construction trailer, and they hold ladders and table saws down bumpy roads. How would you be using them?
