Can I ask what dept WM keeps these in. I've looked all over two different stores in my area and can't find them. They have all kinds of the Couglan stuff in sporting goods but no thermometers. Tried every dept I could I thought they would be in and no luck.
They had them in the hardware section by the fans.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

Thermometers just ain't an easy subject. For hiking, I use a simple rei cheapo on my zipper pull. The one I picked, however, is the one that showed the average temp from all of the on the rack. Even though it was only $5, after I bought it, I put it in ice water and boiling water, and voila! close enough. I like watching the red stuff move. Never ever buy a thermometer online, because you can't compare it beforehand nor test it.
I really wish REI had the same small size zipper pull liquid max/min thermometer.
I use this.
It's attached to my ridgeline.
