    Warbonnet BB conversion

I remember seeing a youtube video of a lady who changed out her suspension on her BB and the total weight was 1 lb after she was finished. Anyone happen to know who it was, or better yet a link.
I have searched the Warbonnet thread but have been unable to find it.

    thanks

This might be the video you needed. The hammock used for the video is a Blackbird 1.1 single, weight was reduced in weight from about 18 ounces to 16 ounces and modified to fit to my personal goals (some changes did not reduce weight a lot, but did simplify the set up). Other changes that could be done, would be to use Dynaglide continuous loops and maybe Techline for the ridgeline. After using this set up all last summer, I was pretty satisfied with it. Only change made was to a different tree strap (1/4 inch wider) and shorter whoopie slings (but remember that the whoopie slings might need to be used to "lengthen" your tree straps on larger trees, so don't go too short. Weight stayed the same. Check out Dutchware for pretty much this same set up using Amsteel whoopie slings. Happy Hanging!
