I'm loving geargrams, too, and I haven't even been able to hit the trail yet. I've got everything in there, weighed to the gram. It's pretty fun, really, to add stuff, measure it, and see how it affects your overall pack weight.

I really wish there were an Android app for it. Boy, that would make life easier. My phone won't even run the website... freaking Adobe dropping Flash support...

PackingPro app for iOS is awesome - check it out. I now use it for all my different trips, travel, etc. and it allows me to go back and pack similarly when I do the same type of trip again. Everything stays synced between my iPhone and iPad too.

Heavily into DIY, and this year venturing into float tube fishing, fly tying, and extending my kayak use and trips.......I have to have an entire room, and even then there is so much stuff that I could pull my hair out! Drives me absolutely nuts. Glad you're able to be so organized. I need a woman's cave

Geargrams is awesome. It really helps you identify heavy points in your kit... Now when you're like me and the only truly heavy thing left is your pack and you're on a tight budget that doesn't do you much good... So now I have to throw lots of beer in my pack each trip to justify using such a heavy pack with such a light base weight... Poor me.

Oh, you poor thing. Take stome tools with you and make stoves while sitting around the camp fire.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

    Gear Checklist

This is what I am working on now. I bought a smaller pack and working on downsizing everything to get my pack weight down below 30 lbs instead of the 50 it usually weighs.
We're all pretty bizarre. Some of us are just better at hiding it, that's all.
