    Hello from Wisconsin

I haven't started using my hammock yet, I bought an Eagles Nest when they went on sale at REI. I camp with my motorcycle and usually use a Quechua 2 second, 3 person tent. I bought the nest to use when the weather will be nice and I don't need a roof over my head.

I've always liked hammocks, just wondering how sleeping in one will be, if I like it , I 'll have to get a rain fly and bug net - skeeters up here are hungry!

I just watched all 10 of Shug's videos - that's a lot of good information.

Now I'm really psyched! I think I'll lay out my hammock and get a bit more familiar with it!

Besides the inevitable pitch - how about pines for hanging?

Great! I know there's a couple of guys from Wausau. I need to go to a hang when it's a scoche warmer, I may still be on the ground...

I just found the Grand Truck (Not ENO) I got on sale. Disappointment reigns! It's not a Double, it;s a tiny Tree Sling. No way I can sleep in this. I like DD, but they are way short, so HH or ENO system, WBBB or DIY!

    Welcome from st. Cloud.
The best things happen at the worse possible time.

It(I) might not be the prettiest thing, however It(I'm) is quite functional.

SON: Dad why do I have to make my bed? It is just going to get messed up again.
DAD: Why do you wipe your bottom.
