    Tarp for Bridge Hammock?

I bought a J&B Bridge Hammock and love it!
Question: What tarp do you use for full winter coverage that takes into account the spreader bars?
I have a Speer Winter Tarp and a Warbonnet Superfly. When I use them with my Blackbird I can stake the sides directly to the ground and use the pull-outs.

    Any help would be appreciated!
(And there may be a whole thread on this, if so, if someone could point me to it, that would be awesome. I haven't been on in a while...)

Lots have said the JRB winter tarp works great. I'm not 100% but I'd have to think the cloudburst would be a close fit given the pullouts being farther apart.

You can also use JRB grip clips, cost like 5.00 and you can place them exactly where you want them as pullouts on your tarp.

I can tell you the ENO Fast Fly is NOT compatible unless there's NO precipitation.

The Hard Rock Winter tarp by AHE fits over bridge hammocks well although for some reason its not on their site.

The Warbonnet Cloudburst is made with the panel pulls further apart to accomodate the WBRR bridge hammock so it would also work well with the JRB.

A DIY option would be sew some panel pulls or to get some grip clips or Dutch's clip on tarp pull outs and put them on the tarp in line with where the spreader bars are.

PS,,you can also add by DIY'ing 2 more tieouts on your tarps where the spreader bars are, to the tarps you have to make them more tieoutable if you don't want to use grip clips. By the way,,grip clips do work great, try them out on the exhisting tarps you have as I think you will find they will work great with the JRB Bridge.

Yep, the Hard Rock winter tarp has been the best Ive found for winter conditions and bridges. Ive been thinking of selling mine [12 ft] if you decide you want one and cant find it for sale.

I use my bmbh with my superfly just fine. Put something over the spreader bar ends to keep them from ripping the tarp. If it get cold enough I'll use my smokehouse tarp, no problems with it fitting under that tarp.
