I don't get it...what is that doing there? Is it an escapee from a zoo, or are you on some kind of farm?

I got the feeling Shewie was not in Yorkshire or the Northern Hemisphere, for that matter. I don't know my marsupials all that well, but it looks like a wallabee, and they aren't native to Yorkshire.
But then I got on my google-fu and sure enough, somebody introduced wallabees to the Peak District of England (among other places in the vicinity of Yorkshire).
So, Shewie: were you in the Peak District and is that a wallabee? Inquiring minds want to know. I'm an amateur detective.
Great pics, by the way, Shewie. Looks like a fun trip!
thanks for sharing a trip from your neck of the woods--looks very beautiful and tranquil, and im sure its surrounded by wonderful people who appreciate the nature.
let me make clear--if you're ever camping in north america we will take great care of you!
Great pictures Rich thanks for sharing your trip
Great pictures! Thanks for sharing your adventure with us.
great photos!
Beautiful place. Thanks for sharing with us. But like several others, I'm a bit confused by your location and the wallaby. Please clarify.
Great photies. Yoxie, Flosie and myself had our first hang there last year in May on a kayaking trip. Didn't manage to see any wallabies though although have seen them in the past. The Islands are much quiter out of season!
Thanks for the nice comments guys, I was hoping to get a lot more photos but the weather was pretty dire.
Here's the wiki link about the Wallabies in Scotland, I'm not sure how much of it is actually true but they are still there and doing very well.
