I just got this hood in the mail a couple of days ago as a prize. I live in NC, and don't really camp in the type of cold this baby is capable of handling. This is brand new, but did not come with the Collar Mod Kit. I think I can use the money more than this hood, and would like this to go to a nice, cold home. I am asking $50 shipped CONUS.
