Both have the nanonoseeum netting, which is a little lighter than the previous noseeum netting. Also you can find tulle by the yard if you wanted UL netting at a local fabric store or I found mine on amazon. Good luck!
You can always try the fronkey bug net .
The best things happen at the worse possible time.
It(I) might not be the prettiest thing, however It(I'm) is quite functional.
SON: Dad why do I have to make my bed? It is just going to get messed up again.
DAD: Why do you wipe your bottom.
+1 for the Fronkey design.
Or, WMT for shear poly curtains that can be made into a Fronkey style bug net.
You can also grab some nylon taselite fabric and a couple of curtains and make something like this:
Fabric was treated with Campmor to get some water resistance. Object of the net + fabric is to protect from driving rains/winds that you get up high in the mountains. This weighs in at 20 oz in its stuff sack, which is about twice as much as a Noseeum net.

+12345678910 on DIYGearSupply. Just finished a hammock with integrated bug net. Hammock material was from a different source, but the noseeum, thread and zippers all came from DIY. I also used there tutorial on how to make it. Used the hammock this weekend. With the temps, I didn't have to worry about bugs, but the set up worked great......RR
