Dang dude, you need therapy.
And this is coming from me.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I've heard it before.
Pretty sure Genuine Draft is going to make me buy a Vertex before I go buying one for anybody else. In fact, it's a pretty safe bet that my first Clark is going to be the Vertex and probably by mid-summer. Not what I thought my first Clark would be, but you know the saying "If momma ain't happy......". I don't like to think about the second part of that phrase.
I was kind of hoping somebody would have gotten one by now and done a review. Then, somewhere in the review, I'd find that little detail that would make me say "Nope honey, this just isn't the right set-up because of ...."
A guy can still dream, right?

heh... some how I am beginning to feel blessed that my wife has minimal interest in camping. Not once has she scampered out to climb into one of my hammocks. But then... well.. let's just say the odor would probably kill her. Her sense of self preservation is pretty good that way.
She has her own bridge... which has been used a couple of times but never requested to be set up. We'll see what happens when it gets warmer out. Hopefully I can drag her away to hang even if it is just the two of us.
Unfortunately the weekend of MAHHA my daughter is appearing in the class musical for her high school and being her senior year....well let's just say we need to be there.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

Unlimited dreams on a limited budget - I know it too well. And the hope that someone will talk you out of something you really don't want to do......
I got my wife to lounge in my Clark NA this summer - only because it had a bugnet, and the mosquitos were out. She is very claustraphobic, so I consider it a win. She was OK in it, but she has become super allergic to almost all bug bites and has to carry an epi-pen in the summer, so camping is kinda out for her now. Which also cuts my camping time severely. I'd love to get a Vertex, but I'd have nobody to use it with, so it would be a little overkill for me. I guess I could use the second bed as a gear hammock.
