Masthead knot, because you can tie two together when you hit the beach. Comfortably hangs a sixpack of longnecks along your waist.

My top five knots are:
Marlin Spike Hitch - Tree Straps to Whoopie Slings
Taut Line Hitch - Tarp Lines
Bowline - One of the best all around knots
Prussik - Tarp Ridgeline
Slippery Half Hitch - Use to clean up and secure line ends
and have you noticed that the Bowline and Sheet Bend are the same knot?
It is like how a marlin is the same as a trucker's. Just different.

Without a doubt, the constrictor since it appears not to be heading up the lists at all. Then trucker, prussic, slippery hitch, bow-line, blood-knot of various sizes, double fisherman bend, figure-8 and marlin-spike hitch. There's lots and lots of good knots not that hard to tie.
I just wish I was able to follow Clifford Ashley's diagrams with any degree of success...
Can't forget some like the albright knot or icicle hitch or figure 8 or jam knot
